5TH MINDANAO FILM FESTIVAL

The Mindanao Film and Television Development Foundation, Inc. in partnership with Southspot Entertainment, proudly presents the 5th Mindanao Film Festival, an initiative to promote Mindanawon films and popularize the art of independent filmmaking as an essential medium for artistic and cultural expression.

The 5th Mindanao Film Festival happens on December 7 – 13, 2009 with simultaneous theatrical screenings and forums at the major colleges and universities in Davao City. The festival culminates with the Festival Awards Night, held in recognition of outstanding achievements by films and filmmakers.
